Organising what Bootcamp Equipment you need when first starting out doesn't have to be difficult. Below we share some of our favourite and effective equipment, which also won't break the bank.

Resistance Band Exercise

Resistance Bands

These range from Micro Bands, right through to the longer thick, and thin power bands. They offer a versatile and effective way to enhance the intensity of workouts, engage multiple muscle groups, and provide a range of resistance levels suitable for various fitness levels.

Cones

From cardio and agility workouts to engaging warm-up games. Think outside the box and utilise your park area space to create different drills that challenge your members. Easily portable and low-cost, you can’t go wrong with a stack of cones.

Battle Ropes

Your clients are most likely expecting to see ropes at a Bootcamp setting, so it's best to make the small investment in such a versatile piece of equipment. They are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and ages as they are generally low-impact in nature. Battle ropes are also great for group interaction as they can be used in partner or team exercises, fostering camaraderie among participants.

LASTLY....Remember to utilise your park's features as equipment for a workout. This is a fantastic way to save money, and forces you to be creative with your exercise selection. Park Features include objects like steps, benches, poles, walls…the list goes on!
